Holiday Inn Express & Suites Muncie Northwest, an IHG Hotel

Stayed here while attending the John Mulaney comedy show at Ball State. Everything was perfect from check in with desk clerk Lesia, to room comfort and cleanliness, to the really very good breakfast Monday morning before checkout. At check in with Lesia, she was very friendly, welcoming, and cheerful. Something we did always see at some hotels. Give her a thank you from us. The lady servicing breakfast was cheerful and friendly as well. Both people are a plus for the hotel

Every year we go to a hotel for both of my kiddos birthdays. Usually we go to a noblesville hotel. This year I’d really thought long and hard about trying a different hotel and I’m so so glad I made that leap. We had a very smooth check In. We got in our room everything was clean and spacious. I’ve very particular about cleanliness so it definitely meet my expectations. We immediately went to the pool. Everything was clean and the chlorine didn’t hit you in the face as soon as you went in the door. My kiddos spent 80 perfect of their time in the pool. We went down to breakfast and everything was fresh. Very very good breakfast. Overall we had an incredible time. However it takes more than just cleanliness and good breakfast to make a great experience at a hotel. If I could give the establishment 10 stars it would be for its staff! Lesia made our experience here incredible from the moment we got in to the moment we left. I can’t thank the staff enough for their hospitality and eagerness to help at any opportunity! We will be coming here to have our birthday party’s and for any time we just want to get away. Thanks again!

A very pleasant experience. We were welcomed by a nice staff. She even offered us a couple bottles of water. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was nice and firm. We got a good night's sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was easy to find and well organized. Kishan, especially the assistant general manager, truly made our stay exceptional. He personally helped with check-in, ensured our room met all expectations, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was up to standard. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, he handled it promptly and professionally. His friendly attitude, attention to detail, and dedication to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed. It’s clear he genuinely cares about providing a great experience. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

From New York and in town to visit family. Jalinna Edwards who did breakfast was wonderful! She was super nice and very helpful! Allison, who checked us in when we arrived was very pleasant and accommodating if we needed anything. We had a pleasant stay and would stay here again. I didn’t quite catch the names of people when we checked out, but very friendly!

Our family booked a 2 night stay and had a great time. The two front desk personnel, kishan and Lesia, were very personable, professional and super accommodating with any questions we had! The space and room were very clean and comfortable. Wonderful experience overall!

We had a great stay overall, and I especially want to mention Kishan, the AGM. He was incredibly helpful and took the time to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. You can tell he genuinely cares about guests, and that made a big difference for us. From the time we checked in, until we checked out, Kishan was friendly, professional and always had a smile on his face.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to the incredible staff. The AGM Kishan went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that guests felt genuinely welcomed. He was young but definitely deserves his position at the hotel! I will be back and recommend everyone else to come here.
